- Tropic Thunder
- Admittedly, this move makes me laugh more now considering the fact that practically everyone has become over sensitive to comedy. Some of the jokes are a bit distasteful, but it’s just a hillarious movie, and Robert Downy Jr. was a pretty good black guy.
- Big Trouble in Little China
- Jack Burton, I mean, come on. Also, Rain, which eventually became Raiden from Mortal Kombat
- The Last Dragon
- Bruce Leroy, just the story of how he gets the glow, the music, and of course, Vanity (RIP)
- Also, I was a huge fan of Ernie Reyes Jr.
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2
- Just a huge fan overall, but I love it so much as a kid.
- Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World
- Awesome score, great direction and the fight scenes were well rehearsed but also the CGI wasn’t terrible.
- The Godfather
- I believe this is still the some of the best directing, acting and editing
- Sinners
- It’s new to the list, relatively, but it was done so well
- Black Panther
- The story was made very relatable, and I just love what Ryan Coogler does, he’s is very smart
- Naked Gun
- Leslie Nielson has some of the best facial expressions, reactions and just general good sense for comedy I think of any comedic actor I have ever seen. 2 1/2 was just was good tbh
- Aliens
- The movie, in every way, was just different from from everything else. Casted a woman as the lead, not to mention Sigourney Weaver was just awesome, and the world that James Cameron built was great. He totally raises the bar.
